Jarbas Agnelli is a film director and owner of AD Studio, a production house based in São Paulo, Brazil. He worked as an art director in Brazilian agencies before opening his own company. In a peculiar way of working, his company produces and post-produces videos, as well as doing the soundtracks for most of it’s spots. His ad “The Week” for Época Magazine ( http://www.vimeo.com/3249506 ) is one of the most awarded commercials in the world (Gold Lion in Cannes and Grand Clio). Jarbas also directed and produced several awarded music videos. He has a band, Vertikkal with his older son, Gabriel.
Ruben Fernandez is a digital filmmaker of television and internet ads, music videos, and fiction films, with a dual base in Bogota and Cartagena. He is currently working with Spiral Films and Media DRU. You can watch more of his films here.
Matt Frodsham is a motion designer working internationally from the UK. Recently graduated with a degree in graphic design, he has been working in studio’s for a few years and is now freelancing. He works with a wide range of software and hand made elements to create exciting new work.
Peter Gerard has produced and directed a variety of films and documentaries, including Just to Get a Rep, which has played dozens of festivals and is now being broadcast internationally and distributed on DVD. He produced and edited The Shutdown – winner of the Jim Poole Awards and Best Short Doc at San Francisco International Film Festival – and Fistful of Roses – pitched at Documentary in Europe and winner of a BAFTA Scotland New Talent Award. Peter also recently directed two new shorts, Tomorrow’s Fairground – broadcast on BBC – and Motion/Static – premiered at IDFA. He is currently completing Eat Songs, a feature doc pitched at IDFA Forum, and beginning his first feature screenplay.

Rafael Mayrhofer born in Chania (Greece), has a Bachelors Degree in Visual Communication from the University of Salzburg. He graduated in 2008 and is since studying Animation at the University of Applied Sciences Hagenberg. In 2010 he will graduate with a Masters degree. Drop Out is his first film in the animation genre.

Felipe Rodríguez Pincheira is a 30 year-old Chilean filmmaker. He studied at the Escuela de Cine de Chile, and also in Cuba, at the EICTV in San Antonio de los Baños city. He loves filming documentaries and short movies and enjoys reality as much as fiction. Keith Rivers is a 27-year-old aspiring director from Seattle, WA. In 2010, he won Pepsi’s “Make an Ad” contest, traveling to Barcelona, and Walmart’s “American Idol Contest” traveling to Hollywood, CA where he received both awards from Jon Landau (Producer of Avatar, Titanic). He won the NYC Midnight 100-hour Film Festival 2 years in a row. Keith has also traveled to Africa to make a documentary for World Vision and plans to travel to Bangladesh to film another documentary for World Vision. You can find his website here.
David Scharf is a young film-maker from Augsburg / Germany, who has specialised in animated film. With his award-winning first short “The Big Brother State” he reached a wide audience throughout the world and won the EmergenandSee Festival Berlin 2007 amongst others. His training as multimedia-designer enables him to take part in many other creative projects as an animator and also code developer.
